Blooms picked from my garden and painted after they passed the point of freshness... the beauty of the somber decay. This piece relies on a traditional pallet of September colours; Vermillion reds, deep magentas, golden yellows, vanilla whites, and olive greens, amongst a greyblue backdrop.
